Please do not submit payment card numbers, bank information, Social Security numbers, passwords, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the order form.

2. Inspiration Images

Optional images submitted with an order request are used to understand the requested theme, colors, style, design, or other custom details; communicate with you about the order; and, when the order is accepted, help create the requested goods. Images may be included with the order email delivered to Yum Tums by Cyn. The website may process or re-encode uploaded images for security and compatibility. Please do not upload images containing unnecessary personal, confidential, financial, medical, identification, or other sensitive information.

Submitted images are not sold or used for advertising or public display merely because you uploaded them. Yum Tums by Cyn will obtain permission before intentionally publishing a customer's submitted inspiration image as marketing or portfolio content, unless another lawful basis applies.

4. How We Use Information

Information submitted through the website is used to review and respond to order requests, communicate about availability and custom details, provide pricing and pickup arrangements, fulfill and document orders, respond to customer questions, prevent abuse or spam, and maintain reasonable business records.

The website may transmit an order request through a secure web connection to the server or service configured to process the form and deliver the request to Yum Tums by Cyn by email. Ohio cottage food products are produced in a private home that is exempt from routine food regulatory licensing and inspection and are labeled as required by applicable law, including the statement “This Product is Home Produced.”
