1. Order Requests and Acceptance

Submitting an order request through this website does not create a confirmed order. An order is accepted only after Cyn confirms availability, product details, price, and pickup arrangements with you. Yum Tums by Cyn may decline or request changes to an order for scheduling, capacity, ingredient availability, food safety, legal, or other reasonable reasons.

2. Products and Custom Designs

Yum Tums by Cyn offers homemade cottage food products such as decorated cookies, Buckeyes, brownies, and other qualifying items. Custom products are handmade. Colors, shapes, decorations, dimensions, and appearance may vary from photographs, inspiration images, or prior orders. Photos on this website are illustrative of the type and style of work offered and are not a guarantee that a future order will be identical.

3. Customer-Submitted Inspiration Images

The order form may allow customers to submit photographs or other images as visual references for custom cookies or other goods. Submitted images are used only to understand and communicate about the requested order. An uploaded image is an inspiration reference and does not guarantee an exact reproduction. Yum Tums by Cyn may simplify, adapt, or decline any requested design.

You may submit only images that you own, are authorized to share, or otherwise have a lawful right to provide for this purpose. You must not upload material that is illegal, obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative, abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, invasive of another person's privacy, depicts sexual exploitation of minors, promotes illegal activity, or otherwise would be inappropriate for a small home bakery to receive or reproduce. Do not upload confidential documents, identification documents, financial information, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

By submitting an image, you represent that your submission complies with these requirements and grant Yum Tums by Cyn permission to view and use the image solely as reasonably necessary to review, discuss, create, and fulfill your requested order and maintain related business records. Yum Tums by Cyn may reject an order or delete submitted material that violates these Terms or that Cyn reasonably considers inappropriate.

5. Ohio Cottage Food Products

Products offered as cottage foods are intended to comply with Ohio law governing non-potentially hazardous foods produced in a home kitchen. Yum Tums by Cyn will not knowingly accept an order through its cottage food operation for a product that requires time or temperature control for safety or is otherwise prohibited as an Ohio cottage food. Cottage food products are offered for sale only within Ohio.

5. Ingredients and Allergens

Products may contain or come into contact with common food allergens, including milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. Ingredient and allergen information applicable to the purchased product will be provided on its label as required by law. Customers with allergies, intolerances, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or other ingredient concerns must disclose them before the order is confirmed.

Yum Tums by Cyn does not represent that its home kitchen is allergen-free and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. A customer's decision to consume or serve a product after reviewing its label and disclosed allergen information is the customer's responsibility. If you or an intended consumer has a severe or life-threatening food allergy, please do not rely on a custom request or website message as a substitute for the product's ingredient and allergen label.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices, quantities, and any custom-design charges will be confirmed before an order is accepted. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in cash at pickup. Do not submit credit card, bank account, Social Security, or other sensitive financial information through the website order form.

7. Pickup and Scheduling

Dates and time windows submitted through the website are requests only. Pickup is available only at a date, time, and location confirmed by Cyn. Customers are responsible for arriving within the confirmed pickup arrangement or contacting Cyn promptly if circumstances change.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Because products may be made specifically for an individual customer, requested changes or cancellations should be made as early as possible. Whether a change can be accommodated depends on how far production has progressed and whether ingredients or custom materials have already been purchased or prepared. Any cancellation terms specific to an order will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

9. Storage, Handling, and Consumption After Pickup

Once an order is picked up, the customer is responsible for appropriate transportation, storage, handling, and serving of the products. Follow any product-specific instructions provided by Yum Tums by Cyn. Products should not be consumed if packaging has been materially damaged, the product appears contaminated or spoiled, or there is another reasonable food-safety concern.

10. Assumption of Ordinary Food Risks

By purchasing and consuming food from Yum Tums by Cyn, you acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with consuming food, including the possibility of allergic reactions, sensitivities, choking hazards, and deterioration caused by improper handling or storage after pickup. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under Ohio law, or to excuse fraud, intentional misconduct, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be disclaimed.

11. Website Information

We try to keep product descriptions, photographs, availability, and other website information accurate, but offerings may change. The website does not guarantee that a particular design, ingredient, product, date, or quantity is available until an order is confirmed.

12. Personal Use of Site Content

Unless otherwise stated, Yum Tums by Cyn branding, original product photographs, written content, and custom design imagery on this site are for viewing in connection with Yum Tums by Cyn and may not be commercially reproduced or represented as another seller's work without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to applicable Ohio and federal law.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the business, website, or applicable requirements change. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version.

Questions about an order or these Terms may be submitted through the contact/order process on the Yum Tums by Cyn website. Contact information provided directly to a customer during order confirmation may also be used.
